Q: If I’m a subscriber who has paid for issues past December, what will happen with my Nintendo Power subscription?

A: If a subscriber has a subscription that extends past the final December 2012 issue, they will receive a refund or credit card credit of the remaining value of the subscription. Gift subscriptions will be refunded to the gift donor. If the subscriber resides in the US or Canada, a refund will arrive within 4-6 weeks after the December 2012 issue; for customers outside the US and Canada, a refund will arrive 6-10 weeks after the December 2012 issue.

Q: I am a subscriber. How can I access my subscription account information?

A: You can access your subscription account information by visiting www.nintendopower.com/customerservice. Account number and expiration information can be found on your mailing label (see example below):

Q: Can I purchase back issues?

A: Of course. You may purchase back issues by visiting our webstore at http://shop.futureus.com or by phone (within US) at 1-800-865-7240. You must have a valid credit card for online and phone orders. If you'd like to mail in your order and pay by check, please send the item name, issue date (if applicable) along with a check to the following address: Future US Store, PO BOX 6163, Harlan, IA 51593-1663. Please include your shipping/return address with your order. Orders will ship once your check has cleared. Future US is not responsible for illegible orders or lost orders and checks.

Q: How do I submit a change of address for my current subscription?

A: By logging into Customer Care from the Account Summary option on this page. You will be able to make any changes you wish to your current account or email address. If you are having trouble logging into your account, you may submit your request in writing to NTNcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call 1-866-941-8368.
